Is there a Lost and Found?

Yes, if you left something behind at the venue there is a great chance our team retrieved it after the show. The Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District keeps track of Lost and Found items. We recommend calling them first. The Ticket Mill is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also send an email inquiry to info@bendconcerts.com

My tickets are general admission, but they give me a lawn section - what does this mean?

If your ticket says GA or Lawn, it is General Admission. Please disregard the number, this is Ticketmaster's way of accounting ticket inventory on the backend.

Look for “Event Parking” signs throughout the Old Mill District.

ADA accessible parking is available on Shevlin-Hixon Drive for every ticketed concert, and in the gravel parking lot immediately across the street from the venue (for most ticketed concerts). Accessible drop-off is available at the gate on Shevlin-Hixon Drive closest to the stage, if you prefer that option.

Parking in paid parking lots opens one hour before doors.

Bike parking is available on Shevlin-Hixon Drive and near Will Call by the main gates.

What are the Photo Restrictions?

Professional grade cameras and drones are not allowed at the venue without expressed written consent from the venue and security staff. This includes: GoPros, iPads, any device attached to a selfie stick, and cameras with detachable lenses.

I purchased reserved seating, is a chair provided or do I need to rent one?

Yes, chairs are provided and numbered in reserved sections A-J.

Are we allowed to bring in chairs to the venue?

Outside chairs are not allowed in the venue. A limited number of rental chairs will be available to secure online for $10 for most shows. You can do this at time of purchase, or in your Ticketmaster or Live Nation account select “Upgrades Available” and select “Lawn Chair Rental."

For most shows, additional day-of-event chair rentals are available at the Chair Rental Tent inside the venue. Note, the price of chair rentals may increase day of show.

If chair rentals are sold out and you need a seat, please locate a guest services member in the ADA area left of the stage and they'll do their best to assist you.

Guest services team members wear bright blue shirts that state “Crew” on the front and have our crow logo on the back.

Rental Chair specs: 27.6" wide x 27.6" deep x 30.5" tall.

I’ve already purchased my tickets and now want to pre-purchase rental chairs.

A limited number of rental chairs will be available online for $15 at most shows. Go to your Ticketmaster or Live Nation account, select “Upgrades Available” and then choose “Lawn Chair Rental."

If you don’t have an account you can go to www.livenation.com, search the concert you're attending and choose “ Chair Rental” under the “Upgrades Available” link.

I need to bring in either medical supplies or a diaper bag that is not clear.

Non-clear bags with medical supplies and/or non-clear diaper bags must be inspected and tagged by our Guest Services team before going through security and entering the venue.  Do not remove tag for the duration of the event.

Prescription medication is allowed in the venue if it is in its original container and if the name on the pharmacy-generated label matches the patron's ID.

I have dietary restrictions, can I bring in my own food?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue. Our food carts offer a vast array of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, low sugar, Paleo, and health-focused options.

Are there age restrictions at the shows?

Currently the Matt Rife show on August 23 is the only show with an age restriction of 18+ only. Venue staff will be checking IDs upon entry. Small children are not permitted at the Matt Rife show, either. Check individual event pages for updates.

What if I only have cash, can I exchange it for a gift card to use in the venue?

Absolutely! We have a cash-to-card exchange at our Guest Services tent right inside the main gate. It is a 1-to-1 exchange, no extra fees.
