ADA seating is available for guests in both the Reserve Seating and General Admission sections.
When purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster, the Hayden Homes Amphitheater ticketing partner, be sure to go to the “Filters” tab and click on the “Show Accessible Tickets” button.
For each concert, our configuration varies slightly, but the paths of travel from parking to the accessible entrance, and various seating options will be paved and clearly marked for each concert.
We understand that situations can change between time of ticket purchase and the day of the show. If you find yourself in need of an accessible seat when you arrive please look for the Guest Services team in blue shirts middle-house left in the venue. Consider them your concierge and capable of supporting your needs.

Accessible Parking
ADA accessible parking is available on Shevlin-Hixon Drive for every ticketed concert, and in the gravel lot immediately across the street from the venue (for most ticketed concerts). Accessible drop-off is available at the gate on Shevlin-Hixon Drive closest to the stage, if you prefer that option.
ASL Requests
We work closely with several localASL interpreters. If you need to request one, please do so at least a week in advance of the show you are attending. Those requests can go directly to Greta@bendconcerts.com.
Assisted Listening
We have a ListenTech system for folks to rent or sync to. This is an assistive listening system that transmits audio directly to a listener's ears without amplifying ambient noise, delivering it to headphones, hearing aids, or cochlear implants for much greater clarity. The adjacent map shows our suggestion for where to sit for the best listening experience while utilizing the ListenTech software in our venue.
Service Animals
We only allow service animals into the venue. We kindly ask that you leave other furry friends at home. This is not an environment for animals who are not trained specifically to be of service.
