Iration is an alternative reggae group originally formed in Isla Vista, CA. Their deep-rooted island influence and Hawaii upbringing is fused with elements of rock, pop and soul to create smooth, uplifting original sounds. The group is made up of members Micah Pueschel (Guitar/Lead Vocals), Adam Taylor (Bass), Joseph Dickens (Drums), Cayson Peterson (Keyboard/Synth), Micah Brown (Guitar/Vocals), and Drake Peterson (Trumpet, Keys).
“Every night we create a little bit of paradise for the people that are coming to the show,” Micah Brown told editors at Billboard. Of their new album “Daytrippin” he adds, “Daytrippin is a return to our roots. We set out to strike a balance between polished studio production and the energy of a live show. We leaned on our reggae and rock influences to find a natural evolution from earlier albums like "Time Bomb" and "Hotting Up”. The band has been touring nationally since 2008, performing at festivals nationwide from Lollapalooza to Sunfest and Hangout, closing stages at festivals like Bottlerock and Outside Lands.
Pepper is a three-piece reggae rock band originally from Hawaii now based in San Diego. The band consists of vocalist/guitarist Kaleo Wassman, vocalist/bassist Bret Bollinger, and drummer Yesod Williams. Since the band's formation they have released eight studio albums, two live albums, and countless tours and collaborations with the likes of Dirty Heads, Sublime with Rome, Cypress Hill, Iration, Rebellion, Stick Figure and The Movement, to name a few. In fact, in November Pepper released a 6-track EP titled “Makai” featuring Edley Shine and Iration and our hopes are high we’ll hear the magic this summer when they stop in Bend!
